The Toby's Beach house is holiday makers delight that is highly sought after, as this beautifully appointed exective styled beach house is literally just a 80 meter walk to the beachfront and Surf club, and within a kilometer to both the famous Braodbeach and Nobby Beach shopping strips. This means you have everything you need close by however you may just opt for a simple fish and chips on the beach, a beer at the local surf club or just to sit back and revel in what the Little Mermaid Holiday House has to offer.

Inside features timber floorboards, contemporary modern furniture, large open living room, dining area, second living area and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. We suggest on the sunny days to open the sliding stacker doors up to the deck to create the ultimate indoor - outdoor living space to enjoy with your family and guests while you watch the kids swim in the plunge pool or why not just get in there yourself.

The property has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + powder room and separate spa bath room - The bedding configuration as follows: Bedroom 1 – King, Bedroom 2 – Bunk bed (double on the bottom & single on the top), Bedroom 3 - Queen, Bedroom 4 – King single + 1 single bunk and there are also 2 addition fold away beds to cater for a couple of extra children + a king single.

We know you will want to stay longer than you are looking to book Toby's Beach House and we do not blame you’ so before you do actualy book you may just want to add an extra day or two on to your stay…  you have been warned!!

Note:  No party policy - Responsible Respectful Clients Required - No smoking inside - The property has group restrictions allowing up to 8 adults maximum. We cannot accept schoolies bookings or group bookings over the schoolies period, we are also unable to accept group bookings who live between Brisbane to the Gold Coast.

Christmas and New Year Bookings: If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length. Christmas and New Year Bookings please note have a 7-night minimum stay and Christmas week bookings must start from 19th or 20th of December and New year bookings must start from the 27th or 28th of December.
