This house provides brilliant accomodation for up to 14 persons, located at Mermaid Waters, 2klm to Burleigh Heads beach & 7 mins to Surfers Paradise it is well located take advantage of all the Gold Coast has to offer.

"To Richard and his staff, Our stay in the house at Mermaid Waters was fantastic.The house was beautiful ,clean and everything we needed was available. It was close to all amenities. The pool was great and even went shopping at the shopping centre , taken by the boat supplied with the house. Also was a hassle free booking.Would recommend this company to everybody. Thank You again for the great house."

"WOW!! What a wonderful and comfortable stay we had. We are 3 families including 5 children. The owners catered for our "every" need. The house is very tidy clean as well as being spacious. Your children will be more than safe and secure with all the safety fencing. We had terrible cyclone weather whilst we were there but had a wonderful time at the house. We had a wedding planned for the beach but due to the weather we ended up getting married in the lounge room so our memories of this house will be forever in our lives. We will certainly be back!!!"

"Good location. Excellent facilities. Canal great fun for kids with jetty - thanks for the fishing rods. Road a bit noisy - maybe some thicker curtains in front bedrooms would help. Owners great at attending to things for us during our stay. Good value for 10 people.Thanks - my opinion of the Gold Coast is renewed."

"great house loads of room for 2 families, everything we needed was there. reasonably clean, could have used instructions and batteries for all the remote controls. local bus service right outside, would recommend for large families or groups.. "

"Great location,relaxing nights overlooking the lake. Three families,xbox, pool, foxtel & fishing kept kids occupied when home.We had 8 wonderful days,did all the theme parks,caught local buses & a gorgeous house to come home too. I have recommended to my friends."
