This is the lowest student-to-coach ratio of any Gold Coast surf school. We have found that we can provide our clients with a higher quality surf lesson when there are less people. With less people in your surf lesson not only will you be safer but you will also receive extensive individual help, advice and encouragement from our friendly and professional coaches. Private surf lessons for 1 or 2 people are also available.

Learn to surf at one of the most ideal locations for beginners on the Gold Coast

It’s really important for beginners to learn how to surf in user friendly waves, which is why our surf school holds its surf lessons at The Spit, which is located at the northern end of the Gold Coast, just 10 minutes from Surfers Paradise. The Spit has a break wall which not only allows for the formation of good sand banks but it also reduces the strength of the stronger sweeps that occur on the more exposed beaches along the Gold Coast. It really is the beginner surfers paradise!
